Hi, I'm Brooke, the face behind Well & Worth It. I'm a mid-thirties, Midwest mom living in the Indianapolis area. I've been creating content since 2021 and came up with the idea for Well & Worth It in 2025. After years of sharing my life online with a community that has been so supportive, I realized that it was time to create a more intentional outlet for my audience. I started randomly posting bargain and money-saving finds on TikTok and was continuing to post my brand-focused and wellness-inspired content on Instagram. In order to merge the two into something that truly represents the things I care about most, Well & Worth It came to fruition.
Here you'll find curated ideas for living a life that's truly "worth it." From health and wellness products and brands that I love, to money-saving tips and stores that you can visit to find bargains, to mom-life realness that's relatable and fun. When it comes to health & wellness, I want you to know that there are things you can do and ways that you can attain and sustain. I'll never share quick fixes, gimmicks, scams, or cheat codes. I will, however, share tips and tricks to build a life that's truly worth it from the inside out, workout inspiration that's not fancy or sugar-coated, and a variety of ideas that I truly believe in.

The story behind why Well & Worth It exists...
I've gone through so many twists and turns when it comes to my health "journey." It truly has been a journey, but I like to consider it as more of an experience. I grew up around sports and played volleyball in college. But I didn't push myself to my full potential physically, mentally, spiritually, or emotionally.
Over the past 10 years or so, I've soaked up all the knowledge I possibly could while understanding and listening to my body in ways that I didn't realize would help. I've tried certain programs, diets, lifestyle changes, and products and have paid really close attention to how those have impacted my performance. With that, I've found a system that works and a program that I keep going back to because I'm in the best shape of my life (at 35 years old).
I didn't always have a healthy relationship with food or with training. But over time, I've figured out the best ways to fuel my body and the best ways to move my body. My hope is to help other people do the same thing. Well & Worth It exists to share information, knowledge, experiences, triumphs, defeat, and more, in an attempt to help as many people as I can realize that it IS possible. And it's worth it.
